Community Initiatives
Latinos in Virginia Empowerment Center is the first and only agency in the state of Virginia that provides culturally specific services for Hispanic/Latino families affected by violence, which can ensure that all of its programs and services are always delivered by bilingual, bicultural, and trained in trauma.

COMMUNITY PARTNERS
The LIVE center is committed to transforming the entire Latino community to improve the way violence issues are addressed. That's why, in addition to our Victim and Survivor Advocacy program, we focus on creating community partnerships.
VA LATINO ADVOCATE GROUP
We invite Spanish-speaking providers of services for victims of violence in Virginia to participate in this community initiative.

VOLUNTEER AND INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
The Volunteer Program organizes and trains those committed to working with our community and supporting the mission of the Latinos in Virginia Empowerment Center.
COUNSELING PROGRAM
AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
